“WhiteTail Trails Salt Fork Disc Golf Course is the first course of its kind in Southeastern Ohio. Featuring 3 unique trails of varying difficulty, there’s something for every disc golfer at WhiteTail Trails.
Nestled into the woods and hills around the beautiful Salt Fork State Park Lodge and Resort, this unique 27-hole course features beautiful scenery, amazing views of the lake and also many different species of local wildlife.
The “Fawn” trail was designed with beginners in mind. Shorter shots and less obstacles offer players a chance to get their feet wet while still enjoying a nice walk through the woods and pathways.
The “Doe” trail is aimed at intermediate disc golfers who have a bit more experience. Longer and more technical shots are required here to score well, while also enjoying a challenging walk down towards the lake and cabin areas.
The “Buck” trail is our hardest and most advanced trail. This trail is geared more towards advanced players. With tight fairways, long shots, dog-legs and many obstacles, this trail requires distance as well as precision to be able to score well. Be prepared for a nice walk, as this trail is long and will definitely test your disc golf abilities.
WhiteTail Trails Salt Fork Disc Golf Course also features concrete tee pads as well as course signage marking the pathways for easy course navigation. Maps and other supplies are also available in the Lodge gift shop/front desk.
