Artist from all across the country travel to Cambridge, Ohio every August to participate in one of the oldest juried arts and crafts festivals in the region.
The Salt Fork Arts & Crafts Festival has been bringing together artists of all mediums for more than 50 years at the Cambridge City Park. This year (Aug. 9-11, 2024) the park will again be filled with wonderful artists, entertainers, Appalachian Heritage Arts demonstrations, Ohio-made food and a new variety of delicious concessions.
The juried festival showcases high-quality art in a variety of mediums such as, painting, pottery, ceramics, fiber art, metal work, jewelry, acrylics, mixed media, photography, and more. On average, 90 – 100 artists participate.
For those who want to develop the artist in their children, stop by the Craft Pavilion to create something special. Check their schedule for times and place each day of the festival. On Sunday, a glass blowing demonstration will be the special feature.
