Barbeque chicken, delicious ice cream, live music, nickel pitch…. must be time for the Annual Antrim Community Volunteer Fire Department Fireman’s Festival!!
Come on out and join the fun on August 1st, 2nd, & 3rd. Each evening starting at 5 pm we will be serving barbecue chicken cooked by fire department members, noodles, fire house beans, and other sides. Of course we will be having our delicious ice cream, in vanilla, chocolate, strawberry & swirls. We will also have fast food options. New for this year we will be serving taco in a bag. Each night there will also be raffles, kids’ games, and the nickel pitch. We are also having a gun raffle and a cross bow raffle. Tickets will only be sold during the festival, and only 100 tickets will be sold for each. For more details see Chief’s Corner on FB.
On Thursday:
Royalty crowning will be at 6:15. At 6:30 The Baranich & Gable Band will be the evening entertainment in the new firehouse.
On Friday:
The Annual Fireman’s Parade will start at 7. Line up starts at 6:15. Following the parade Carson Clouse will be providing music for the evening.
On Saturday:
The Robert Gray Memorial Tractor Cruise will pull out at 9 a.m. (Line up at the Old Madison School site starting at 8 a.m.) Dust off those tractors and come help pay tribute to the wonderful community and fire department member that started our Annual Tractor Cruise. At 6:00 there will be a Kiddie Pedal Pull, registration starts at 5:15. Starting at 7:00 Chestnut Hill Bluegrass Band will get your toes tapping to close out our Festival.
